Improperly closing your swimming pool can lead to damaged plumbing from freeze damage and a damaged liner. Beginning the summer with repairs can shorten time you can be enjoying your pool.

POOL OPENINGS

  • Removing and thoroughly cleaning the cover

  • Putting the cover away for our customers 

  • Removal of all winter plates and plugs

  • Connecting the motor, filter system and all other necessary pool equipment

  • Removing , cleaning and deflating the winter pillow (if applicable)

  • Adding our opening pool chemicals to properly adjust the ph balance of the pool

  • Install the ladder and handrails

  • Making sure all equipment is working efficiently and correctly

POOL CLOSINGS

  • Sanitization of equipment for proper storage

  • Removal/cleaning of all skimmer baskets, handrails, and ladders 

  • Plug all skimmers and returns

  • Winterize the pool with our chemicals provided with the closing cost

  • Blowing up the winter pillow and installing in the pool (if applicable) 

  • Putting/securing the cover on the pool

  • Filling water bags on the pool if necessary 

  • Hooking up the customers cover pump and placing on top of cover

  • If there is hard piping plumbing , blow out the lines and add antifreeze which is included in our closing cost
